Fantasy of making "women friendly society"

Men are ruling this world since adam and eve era, its the right time to empower women for this purpose and let they drive the world for sometime. we can't change things overnite but lets start and do something.

How to make Delhi as women friendly city

Few thoughts

The aims and the objects of my thoughts  

To work for the social, economical and educational upliftment of the female citizen irrespective of caste, creed and religion.

Police: 

Police force must consist of minimum 50% female personnel.
During night duty (after 8 PM) 75% of police personnel on duty must be female. 

Hospitals: 

50% of para medical and general staff including security staff must be female

During night duty (after 8 PM) 75% of hospital staff on duty must be female.

Metro and DTC: 

During night duty 75% security personnel must be females. 
75% of drivers, conductors and mechanics working in night shifts must be females.     

Taxi service:

75% of Taxi drivers working during night (after 8 PM) must be female drivers with GPS system fitted in cabs.

Shops :

All shops must be closed by 8 PM except shops managed by women staff.

Tution Centers:

Tution and coaching centers should not operate beyond 8 PM. However female tutors are exempted and they can run centers beyond 8 PM also.

Railway Station:

Parking lot, Canteen, Rest rooms, ticket counter & maintenance staff:
50% of the staff must be female.

Hotels:

75% of front office, F&B, House Keeping and security staff during night shifts must be females.

Food Joints:

Only females are allowed to run food centers during night (after 8 PM)

Male citizen:

1. Male citizen are allowed to go out from home after 8 PM in following conditions only:

- On Government duty
- Obtained permit from local police station to do so on need basis.
- (Recognised) employer need his services for unavoidable essential work.
- Have valid railway/ Air or bus ticket.
- accompanied by female citizen (his family member)
- in case of medical emergency

2. Male citizen are not allowed to buy alcohol after 5 PM

3. they are allowed to go to pub / bar after 8 P.M if accompanied by a female citizen .
